What we do

We put AI into production inside companies that run SAP, Microsoft 365 and the systems around them: a quote prepared from SAP data, an incoming invoice checked against the order and the delivery note, a month-end report drafted with links back to the source, a question about open items answered in plain language, and whole routines handed to an AI operating system of agents with gates and an audit trail. The deliverable is an AI layer that signs people in with the accounts they already have, masks personal data before a request leaves the network, records every call and prepares each action for a person to approve. The model runs where your data policy allows: Amazon Bedrock or Google Vertex AI in the EU or the US under your own cloud account, Claude Enterprise, or ChatGPT Enterprise with data residency.

The same company also publishes Autopilot: Product SEO & Video, a Shopify app with its own pages, terms and support; it is not part of the consulting work.

How we work

• Assessment first. The first conversation is 30 minutes and free, and so is the written assessment you leave with, whether we work together or not. The next step, if there is one, is a fixed-price pilot in your environment with agreed acceptance criteria and no obligation to continue.
• End to end. We set up the cloud accounts or servers, the identity, the model endpoints, the agents, the audit and the operations; you provide access and the people who know the work. Nothing waits for a second vendor.
• Remote, in your time zone. Workshops run online with your people; we travel when an engagement needs it. We work across European and North American hours.
• Cheap for what it is. Our fixed prices are a fraction of what large consultancies charge for the same scope, because the teams are small and senior, the delivery is remote, and our own AI operating system does the routine parts of our work. The number is in the first conversation, not on the site, because it depends on your systems.
• Senior specialists stay close to every engagement, from the first decision to stable operation. We are a small firm and we say so; what we cannot staff, we do not sell.
• A data-handling map, an audit record and a documented exit are part of every deployment and are written down before go-live.

Partners, certificates and what we do not claim

• OpenAI: iteractive.ai was accepted into the OpenAI Partner Network on 19 October 2026; onboarding is in progress, so we do not yet carry the partner badge.
• AWS: ITERACTIVE s.r.o. is a member of the AWS Partner Network since 19 October 2026 (consulting services), which is where Claude and OpenAI models run under a customer's own account.
• Anthropic: our application to the Claude Partner Network has been pending since 26 August 2026. We implement Anthropic's models as a customer of its platform, of Amazon Bedrock and of Google Vertex AI.
• SAP: we are not an SAP partner, and the SAP MCP server is not a certified SAP add-on. It is a layer beside SAP that uses SAP's remote interfaces under your SAP licence.
• We have no production SAP ECC reference yet. The first ECC pilot is in preparation for the fourth quarter of 2026, and the pages on this site say so wherever it matters.
• We hold no ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certificate. We answer security questionnaires with the practices on the security page and accept your policies in the contract.

Open source

The SAP MCP server we deploy is published on GitHub under the MIT licence: OData and RFC/BAPI tools, a BAPI allowlist, a denylist for sensitive tables and an audit line for every call. Anyone can read what would run next to their SAP before they talk to us.

Questions we get asked

Who is behind iteractive.ai?

A small team of senior specialists in enterprise architecture, SAP, cloud infrastructure and machine learning. We do not publish individual names and employers on the site. You meet the people who would work on your engagement in the first call, and their CVs are part of the proposal.

Where are you based and where do you work?

The company is registered in Bratislava, Slovakia, and the work is remote. We work with companies in Europe and North America, across both sets of time zones, with on-site workshops where an engagement needs them, in English, Slovak, Czech and Polish.

How do you charge?

Assessments and pilots are fixed price, stated in the first conversation together with what they cover. Operations after a pilot are a monthly fee agreed per scope. There are no prices on the site because the number depends on your systems and processes.

Do you keep or use our data?

No. The model runs under your own cloud account or under Claude Enterprise terms that exclude training, and the AI layer runs in your environment. We keep no copy of your data beyond the engagement documents, and those live in your tenant where you prefer.

Can we see the code before we talk?

Yes. The SAP MCP server is on GitHub under the MIT licence, with the audit log format and the configuration for Claude Desktop and Claude Code.

Are you a partner of OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS or SAP?

OpenAI: accepted into the OpenAI Partner Network on 19 October 2026, onboarding in progress. AWS: AWS Partner Network member since 19 October 2026. Anthropic: application pending since August 2026. SAP: no. Each line on this page changes the day the status does.
