Claude Enterprise implementation
Claude Enterprise is Anthropic's finished enterprise application: company sign-in, user management, audit and a contractual ban on training on your data. We implement it for medium and large European companies, connect it to your systems through MCP and set up the governance around it. Where EU data residency is mandatory, we deploy the same Claude models in your own AWS or Google Cloud account instead.
When Claude Enterprise is the right choice
Claude Enterprise is the fastest start: the application exists, sign-in runs through your identity provider, and administrators manage users and see usage. Data is processed outside the EU under contractual protection, which is sufficient for many companies but not for all. If your data-protection office requires processing inside the EU, we recommend AWS Bedrock in Frankfurt or Google Vertex AI in EU regions, where the same models run inside your own account under your own encryption keys.
What we set up
- Identity: sign-in through the Microsoft or Google accounts people already have, so an employee who leaves loses access automatically.
- Audit: every request recorded with user, time, content and cost, visible to IT and management on one screen.
- Data protection: personal data masked before it reaches the model, a data-processing agreement and, where required, a data protection impact assessment.
- Integration: connectors through MCP into SAP, ERP, CRM, Microsoft 365, databases and internal APIs, so the assistant answers from your data, not from the public internet.
- Policy: an internal AI policy your legal team will sign off, with EU AI Act classification of each use case.
How delivery runs
Assessment with leadership and IT, platform choice and first processes. Architecture of the AI layer with sign-in, audit and masking in your environment. Implementation of two to four processes with measurable impact. Enablement with role-based training on your team's real tasks. Operations with monthly oversight, evaluation and new automations.
Three things you get in writing
- A data-handling map: where prompts, files and logs are processed, how long they are retained and which subprocessors are involved, per component.
- An audit record you can inspect: source data, model and version, proposed action, who approved it and what changed.
- A documented exit: how agents are stopped, credentials revoked, configurations exported and processes returned to manual operation, agreed before go-live.
Questions we get asked
Do we need Claude Enterprise, or is a Team plan enough?
For companies that need company sign-in, central user management, audit and a contractual ban on training, Claude Enterprise is the plan built for that. Whether it is the right deployment at all depends on your EU residency requirement, which we settle in the assessment.
Can Claude read our SAP and CRM data?
Yes, through MCP connectors that we build and govern. The assistant inherits the permissions of the user who asks and never sees more than that person would.
How long does an implementation take?
Claude Enterprise itself starts in days. The first two to four production processes, with integration, training and governance, typically run in weeks, not months. The exact plan comes out of the assessment.
What if we later want to switch to another model or platform?
The AI layer belongs to you and is designed so the model and the platform can be swapped without touching the rest of the company. The documented exit describes how.
