ChatGPT Enterprise and OpenAI agents
If your company standardises on OpenAI, we implement it the same way we implement Claude: sign-in through the accounts people already have, an admin set-up your IT team can audit, data residency in the EU or the US, agents that prepare work for a person to approve, and training by role. iteractive.ai was accepted into the OpenAI Partner Network on 19 October 2026; onboarding is in progress, so we do not yet carry the partner badge. We are also an AWS Partner, which matters because OpenAI models run on Amazon Bedrock with EU routing since June 2026.
What we implement
- ChatGPT Enterprise or ChatGPT Team: workspace, single sign-on with Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace, roles and groups, retention and data residency settings, custom GPTs for the processes that matter, usage reporting.
- Agents on the OpenAI Agents SDK and the Responses API: agents that read your systems through MCP servers, prepare a quote, check an invoice, draft a report, and hand the result to a person for approval, with every call logged.
- Codex for software teams: a governed rollout with policy, secrets handling, code review gates and measured adoption, the same playbook as our Claude Code rollouts.
- OpenAI models on Amazon Bedrock: when your policy requires your own cloud account, the OpenAI models run there with EU routing, next to Claude, under one AWS contract.
Where the data goes
ChatGPT Enterprise does not train on your data by default and offers data residency in the EU and other regions; the exact retention, logging and subprocessor terms are in OpenAI's enterprise agreement and your workspace settings, and we write them down per component before go-live. For agents built on the API, the model runs under your own OpenAI organisation or under your AWS account on Bedrock, in the region you choose. Personal data is masked in the integration layer before a request leaves your network, the same control we use with Claude.
Claude or OpenAI, or both
We implement both and we say which fits where. Claude is our default for agents over SAP and long documents; OpenAI is often the right choice where your people already live in ChatGPT or Microsoft tooling, or where a specific model capability decides. Many companies end up with ChatGPT Enterprise for people and a Claude or OpenAI agent layer for processes, under one identity, one audit trail and one data-handling map.
How a rollout runs
Weeks one and two: assessment, workspace and identity set-up, retention and residency settings, the first custom GPTs or agents with the people who own the processes. Weeks three to five: two processes in daily use, measured against the manual baseline, training by role. Week six: review of usage, audit and cost, and a decision on the next processes. Fixed price, remote, end to end, including the cloud accounts and endpoints where agents run.

Are you an OpenAI partner?
We were accepted into the OpenAI Partner Network on 19 October 2026 and are completing onboarding. Until that is done we do not use the partner badge; this page will say when it changes.
Can ChatGPT Enterprise keep our data in the EU?
OpenAI offers data residency in the EU for ChatGPT Enterprise and the API; the exact scope depends on the agreement and the settings, which we document per component. Where your policy requires your own cloud account, the OpenAI models on Amazon Bedrock with EU routing are the alternative.
Does ChatGPT train on our prompts?
Not in ChatGPT Enterprise, Team or the API by default, under OpenAI's business terms. We write the applicable terms into the data-handling map and you keep it.
What does it cost?
Our part is a fixed price stated in the first conversation. ChatGPT Enterprise seats and API usage are billed by OpenAI or, on Bedrock, by AWS, under your own contract. Our fees are a fraction of a large consultancy's for the same scope, because the work is remote and the teams are small and senior.
Can agents write into our systems?
They prepare; a person approves. Writes exist only for actions on an allowlist, with the confirmation recorded in the audit log, and anything irreversible stays with a person.
